Second attempt at a Navbar, The issue this time came up in the actual implementation. while designing didn't cause too much trouble getting it inserted into the blogger code proved to be an issue I couldn't resolve. So I'm gonna try a completely different approach that will involve little to no coding, minimizing the chances of me messing up the website in my attempts.
